Saturday October 23

Parking Opens up at 7am with entrance on the MLK BLVD side of Selvidge St.

  • Must be setup by 12 noon
  • Meat inspection from 10am-3pm
  • Rule meeting 4pm

SATURDAY ANCILLARY EVENT:

  • Brunswick Stew 7pm
  • BBQ Sauce 7:30pm
  • Dessert 8:00pm

Sunday October 24

  • Half Chicken 12:30pm
  • Pork Spare Ribs 1:00pm
  • Pulled Pork 1:30pm
  • Beef Brisket 2:00pm
  • Awards Show at 5:00pm

2009 Awards & Prices

All purse levels are dependent upon team entry numbers and are subject to change. But a purse of $7500 is guaranteed.

Prizes

  • Grand Champion: $2,500 + Trophy
  • Reserve Grand Champion: $1,000 + Trophy

Each of the four categories will have a 1st – 4th place cash prize winner!

  • 1st place: $400
  • 2nd place: $300
  • 3rd place: $200
  • 4th place: $100

People’s choice award: $100+Trophy
