Saturday October 23
Parking Opens up at 7am with entrance on the MLK BLVD side of Selvidge St.
- Must be setup by 12 noon
- Meat inspection from 10am-3pm
- Rule meeting 4pm
SATURDAY ANCILLARY EVENT:
- Brunswick Stew 7pm
- BBQ Sauce 7:30pm
- Dessert 8:00pm
Sunday October 24
- Half Chicken 12:30pm
- Pork Spare Ribs 1:00pm
- Pulled Pork 1:30pm
- Beef Brisket 2:00pm
- Awards Show at 5:00pm
2009 Awards & Prices
All purse levels are dependent upon team entry numbers and are subject to change. But a purse of $7500 is guaranteed.
Prizes
- Grand Champion: $2,500 + Trophy
- Reserve Grand Champion: $1,000 + Trophy
Each of the four categories will have a 1st – 4th place cash prize winner!
- 1st place: $400
- 2nd place: $300
- 3rd place: $200
- 4th place: $100
People’s choice award: $100+Trophy
